How to get a Shark Robot Vacuum to map a house

To map your house, the Shark Robot Vacuum will roll to the center of each room and learn where the walls are, how the furniture is placed, and the go and no-go zones. The explore run is different from how your Robot will clean because here, it is learning the house.

Before entering the explore run mode, open all doors and remove all obstacles. It maps your floor plan, but instead of giving you a physical map to look at, it keeps it in its AI logic. As it does that, don’t change your base station or lift it because it will map your floor plan and use its cleaning cycle to clean.
